Our Property

Southrose, both the business and the property, is located north of Tintinara in the upper South East of South Australia.

Originally made up of fragile, sandy country; an ongoing renovation program of clay spreading and lucerne establishment has developed the property into a productive area, resistant to erosion and capable of handling larger numbers of livestock.

Now featuring three pivots, extensive dryland lucerne seed, the Southrose Feedlot and a homestead with the best garden in the district (thanks to Hilary’s overdeveloped green thumb), Southrose is truly living up to its potential.

Where is Southrose?

North of Tintintara, approximately 24km, finding Southrose is simply a matter of making one turn off the highway between Adelaide and Melboure.  See the map below.
