Southrose Merino and Poll Merino Sheep Stud

The stud is a continuation of the long standing Ashby family stud, Ashrose, which began in 1910. Jim and Hilary started Southrose in the mid seventies and have continued to maintain the level of breeding and commitment that the combined family is renowned for. They currently run the property in conjuction with their eldest son Jono and his wife Hazel.

The family continues a passion for breeding Merino's that represent the finest example of the type while still remaining focussed on achieving the best results for their diverse range of clients.
